How sourcing works
STEP 01Tell us what you wantBrand, model, size, colour, leather, hardware, year, condition and budget. The more specific, the better we can search.
STEP 02Receive optionsWhen we find a match, we send photos, condition notes, accessories and a price for you to review.
STEP 03Confirm the detailsWe go through price and specifications with you, or look for alternatives if it is not quite right.
STEP 04Place a 10% depositOnce you approve everything, a non-refundable 10% deposit secures the piece with our supplier.
STEP 05Authenticated & deliveredOur authenticators check the bag again on arrival. Collect by appointment in London or Hampshire, or we deliver, insured. Many pieces are ready within about 14 working days.

Deposit & quality
DepositWe only ask for a deposit once the final price and key details are agreed with you. The 10% deposit is non-refundable because sourced pieces are secured from suppliers with upfront payment.
Quality guaranteeEvery sourced bag must match the agreed description. It is checked by our authenticators before handover and covered by the same authenticity guarantee as everything we sell.
