Refund policy

All items are pre‑owned luxury vintage goods. All condition details, wear and flaws are fully described and photographed within each product listing.

We only accept returns for significant undisclosed defects that are not mentioned in the item description. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days upon delivery of your parcel.

Returns due to change of mind, personal preference or minor signs of normal vintage wear will NOT be accepted.

To qualify for return, the item must be sent back in exactly the same received condition, complete with all original tags, dust‑bags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping cost is at the customer’s expense. Goods returned without prior return authorization will be rejected.
