How we grade condition
Every bag is inspected and graded by our team before it is listed. You will find the grade on every product page, and every mark we find is shown in the photos.
Brand New
Never used
Unused, with no signs of wear. Protective film may still be on the hardware.
Excellent
Like new
Barely used. Any wear is only visible up close, such as a faint hairline mark on the hardware.
Very Good
Gently used
Light, natural wear from careful use, such as softened corners or small marks on the hardware or lining. Keeps its shape and looks beautiful when carried.
Good
Well loved
Visible wear from regular use, such as rubbed corners, scratches on the hardware or softened leather. Sound and fully usable.
Fair
Well used, great value
Heavier wear, such as worn corners, colour loss or marks inside. Priced to reflect its condition.
What comes with your bag
